4 miles on the treadmill, never old have made the 10 on the calendar, besides didn’t want to push it.
2 mile warm up 19:45
4 intervals .25 .25 .25 .35 @ 7:30 7:22 7:13 & 7:05 -> 6:49 pace
Total 36:12 for 4 miles
Now looking forward to next weekend’s Coogan’s 5k in washington heights!
I am smelling a course record 25:47 falling and maybe personal record 23:43 in danger ;)
