What does the rest of the week Bring….
I know its already Wednesday and it’s Hump day but today’s training will not be too taxing ;-)
4 miles EASY, then some striders
the rest of the week will lead up to Saturday’s NYRR Al Gordon 4M
Thursday - Cross Training (aka Spin) and Core Workout
Friday - Very EASY 3 Miles
Saturday - 4 Mile Race
Sunday - 10 Miles
The Goal for the 4 Miler Race is sub 8:00 pace 31:45 which would be a course and distance PR (one day i am going to find a flat race ;))
