Training for NJ Marathon officially begins Monday!
I have been good since the Miami Half, runs with some easy miles but nothing too hard. Still did 9 last Saturday and have another 9-10 this weekend.
With 87 days to NJ I am am getting a good feeling about the prospects for a very good result at the marathon with 1 intermediate half in about 45 days. Also I think I will have a more solid base going into the spring and summer, haha and careful not to overtrain in the heat! (like last year)
Now if I could figure out how to not have work interfere with my training that would be great, but a bit unrealistic. So off to finish my conference call then 6 miles…..
